Sometimes, if you want to win back your ex-girlfriend heart, we have to tell ourselves to play it cool. You could say this was a personal lesson that I taught myself, or rather, experience it myself.

The Story

I remembered once, when my ex-girlfriend called me in the middle of the night, looking for someone to console her. We spoke, we laugh, and she forgot about all her troubles. And it was 4am when we finally decided to put the phone down.

Wrong Move

You may think that I have scored some points in her heart. But the next time I did was totally wrong. Instead of letting her go to sleep, I was so anxious that she will still be sad, I continued to send her text messages, which was about 1 every 5 minutes. And she got so fedup that she called me up and scolded me for disturbing her sleep.

Lesson

After that, I had to tell myself to be calm, think carefully of your actions and not to be too anxious or over-concern.

Now is the best time to show your ex girlfriend how much you can change for the better as well as give her the refreshing feeling that she has never seen before. It builds your confidence as well as getting her to notice you again.

I am not sure if this apply to all girls but generally, girls like guys who can move on with their life. Because a paranoid or a nuisance man easily turns off a girl. And if you can show you are moving on, she will think more of you.
